Anya is a personal trainer, a competitor amateur boxer and instructor. She’s been boxing for 9 years and through her passion of the sport has found lots of love for fitness and women empowerment! She has lead classes for athletes, beginners, men, women, and kids! She has also worked with people that have both physical and mental special needs. She specializes in being able to work with all types of levels in fitness starting from beginners all the way to intermediates. The biggest goal of her training journey is to help people get stronger through boxing and fitness both physically and mentally!
